1. Two rail-mounted, continuous, eco-friendly screw ship unloaders (each with a 450 TPH capacity) operate simultaneously to discharge cargo onto the quay-side conveyor.
2. Each screw ship unloader is equipped with an integrated dust suppression system, ensuring that dust emissions during unloading operations meet environmental standards.
3. The mobile gantry units feature a truss-girder structure; their lightweight design minimizes the structural load imposed on the wharf.
4. The quay-side conveyor successfully utilizes high belt speeds for handling powdery materials, thereby reducing the client's overall investment costs.
5. The cable reel system incorporates a concealed cable trough design, effectively eliminating the risk of damage associated with exposed cables on the wharf.
6. The entire project—comprising two screw ship unloaders, the quay-side conveyor, the vertical lift system for silo intake, the silo-bottom bulk loading system, and the electrical control system—was delivered with remarkable efficiency, taking only about 50 days from contract signing through design, manufacturing, and installation to on-site commissioning and operation.
